General Hospital spoilers for the next two weeks tease plenty of explosive drama ahead. To start, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may attempt to pass along secret messages.
Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) puts Laura Collins (Genie Francis) in a difficult position, forcing her to make a tough call. Meanwhile, Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) adds another layer of complication — though his reasons are completely understandable. Here’s a look at what’s coming up on the ABC soap.
Maxie Jones Faces a Dilemma
Before diving into the full two-week preview, let’s focus on February 23–27. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) comes face-to-face with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Nathan presses her about what their future looks like, but Maxie may feel emotionally overwhelmed and uncertain about making any firm decisions.
At the same time, Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) continues to spiral, anxiously awaiting Maxie’s ultimate choice.
Michael Corinthos Turns Violent
After Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is released from police questioning, he wastes no time confronting Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). In front of Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), Michael could accuse Chase of framing him.
Tensions quickly boil over, and Michael lashes out — landing a punch on Chase as Brook Lynn looks on in shock and horror.
What Else Is Ahead?
Elsewhere, Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) delivers a stern warning to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). With Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) attempted murder case underway, there’s no room for errors.
Meanwhile, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) discovers that his fictional counterpart in Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) novel isn’t portrayed as a fool after all. That realization could give Molly the confidence boost she needs to finally move forward with publishing her book.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) also finds himself under intense scrutiny when Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) questions him.
Meanwhile, Jenz Sidwell pressures Laura Collins (Genie Francis) into revising her press conference endorsement. Rather than backing Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Laura is pushed to publicly support Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) instead.
As for Wiley, he makes an emotional admission. The young boy confesses to Willow that he hates staying there — and it’s understandable, since that place holds no joyful memories for him. This revelation could leave Willow feeling torn, particularly with Drew depending on carefully timed medication.
Next Two Weeks
During the week of March 2, General Hospital spoilers hint at Jason’s temporary departure. While he is expected to return, his exit raises questions — especially about what it could mean for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
At the same time, Drew may attempt to secretly communicate with Alexis without speaking outright. Alexis picks up on the fact that he’s trying to send her a message. However, Willow may step in before too much can be conveyed.
