EastEnders viewers have been guessing the identity of the mysterious drug boss linked to Mark Fowler and Ravi Gulati, with many convinced it’s a villain from the ’90s.

EastEnders fans are buzzing with speculation that a familiar character could be returning to Albert Square as interest grows around a mysterious unseen figure.
As regular viewers know, Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) has become a police informant to avoid jail following last year’s kidnapping of Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway).
Despite assisting Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) with detective work, Ravi is struggling financially. He was recently rejected for a sales role at the car lot by Max (Jake Wood), leaving him frustrated and despondent.
On Wednesday (February 25), desperate for quick cash, Ravi turned to Mark Fowler (Stephen Aaron-Sipple) for a shady drug-dealing job.
“The thing is, Gaffer’s getting paranoid. He turned on one of his men last night. Thought he was talking,” Mark warned Ravi, according to OK!.

He added, “Just one of his old crew. He wasn’t, but now the guy’s in A&E.”
Although Ravi needed the money, he didn’t go through with the job, rushing off at the last moment to help his son, Nugget (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury), who had suffered another seizure.
Meanwhile, Mark has been assigned to track down a police informant working for the same criminal gang—unaware that the informant is actually Ravi.
The identity of Mark’s drug boss is still unknown, but some EastEnders fans are convinced it’s Dan Sullivan, speculating that he could make a return to Walford after a 25-year absence.
Who was Dan Sullivan in EastEnders?

Craig Fairbrass caused quite a sensation in 1999 when he first appeared as Carol Jackson’s (Lindsey Coulson) boyfriend, quickly establishing himself as something of a rogue.
The storyline between Carol and Dan became increasingly tangled when they decided to marry and discovered she was pregnant with his child. Things took a darker turn when it emerged that Dan had a scandalous past with Carol’s daughter, Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer).
Despite Bianca being married to Ricky Butcher (Sid Owen), a passionate relationship blossomed between her and Dan. When Carol learned the truth, she made the difficult decision to terminate the pregnancy.
Longtime viewers will also remember Dan’s involvement in a fierce feud with Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden), culminating in the iconic Who Shot Phil? storyline. Dan sought revenge, but the real culprit was Lisa Shaw (Lucy Benjamin), leaving Dan wrongly accused and facing trial for the crime.

Dan was eventually cleared of all charges, and his storyline ended dramatically when he kidnapped Mel Owen (Tamzin Outhwaite) as part of a daring extortion plot against Phil Mitchell and Steve Owen (Martin Kemp), demanding a hefty £200,000 before fleeing overseas in 2001.
On Reddit, EastEnders fans have been speculating about the identity of the mysterious drug boss. One user simply wrote: “Dan Sullivan,” while another admitted: “I’d love it to be Dan Sullivan. It makes no sense at all, but I don’t care.”
“I think the three most likely candidates for the boss are Dan Sullivan, Jake Moon, and Paul Truman. That’s assuming it’s someone we already know, which seems probable,” one fan suggested.
“If it’s anyone from Phil’s past, I want it to be Dan Sullivan. He’s got the size and attitude that Ravi would fear. Mark also described the boss as someone tougher than most on the Square, and Dan definitely fits that description,” added another.
